CMMI Level 3

Niyam is appraised at Level 3 for the CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. The appraisal was performed by Concept QA Labs Pvt. Ltd.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. CMMI Institute is the global leader in the advancement of best practices in people, process and technology. The Institute provides the tools and support for organizations to benchmark their capabilities and build maturity by comparing their operations to best practices and identifying performance gaps. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a "defined" level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization's set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

What does a CMMI Level 3 maturity rating mean for our customers? It shows that our work and processes have received the highest form of third-party validation. We take a proactive approach to managing projects and processes, and we're dedicated to continuous improvement and producing great work that makes a difference.

Niyam has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for our Quality Management System (QMS). This achievement shows that we are truly invested in providing innovative, mission-critical IT solutions for improved business outcomes. It recognizes our vision to build integrated, cost-effective, innovative IT solutions for U.S. Federal and Civilian Agencies.

Niyam has achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification for our Information Security Management System (ISMS). This distinction is focused on our controls of physical security of facilities, personnel, and assets, as well as IT security for all systems and information. Receiving this recognition shows that we govern ourselves with rock solid practices that are tried, true, repeatable, and proven effective by industry standards.

Niyam has achieved ISO 20000-1:2018 certification for our Service Management System (SMS).
