## What AIM Solves

AIM provides Niyams core operating framework - a set of tools and management processes that anchor the way we approach managing and building high value solutions for the federal government. Lack of process, extended delivery cycles, misalignment of solution design as agency goals evolve, untapped opportunities for AI integration, and ambiguous measurement of project success are all challenges faced today by the federal government. Futhermore, every agency and every program comes with it's own challenges and characteristics that singular off the shelf frameworks and canned delivery models are not equipped to address. AIM was created to prevent this 'one-size-fits-all' methodology of thinking, meeting each program where it's at, combining and custom-fitting the components of AIM to deliver the critical outcomes that best serve the mission.

## The Three Pillars
### Agility. Innovation. Mission.

<!-- cards columns=3 -->
- **(A) Agility** (icon: FaBolt): AI SDLC, Agile Expert Tiger Teams, and the Rapid Niyam Transition Methodology (NTM) get federal programs operational fast and keep them moving at a cadence the bureaucracy can't stall.
- **(I) Innovation** (icon: FaLightbulb): The AI-Enhanced Operating Layer (AIOL), MissionQA, GeoCube, 360 DevSecOps, and our Centers of Competency Innovation Labs turn ideas into production-ready accelerators.
- **(M) Mission** (icon: FaChartBar): ARIA (AI Readiness & Integration Assurance Framework), Cost-Savings FinOps, and Custom 360 Outcomes Dashboards provide the safeguards each agency needs and put a number on every dollar, dependency and decision.

AIM is the framework that built the rest of Niyam's product portfolio. Each accelerator below started as a pilot project inside an AIM-led engagement and is now used in active federal deployment.

- **MissionQA**: Unified federal QA framework, deployed at U.S. Department of Homeland Security CBP.
- **SPHERE**: Open, auditable, structure-level hazard risk analysis, recognized by FEMA, NSGIC, and AGU.
- **GeoCube**: Cloud-native geospatial analytics platform supporting FEMA's NBEOC.

## Outcomes

<!-- cards columns=3 -->
- **Reduced Risk** (icon: FaShieldAlt): Predictability and transparency through standardized, data-driven delivery.
- **Accelerated Delivery** (icon: FaTachometerAlt): Faster time-to-value through our AIOL, lean execution and rapid transition-in.
- **Mission-Aligned** (icon: FaBullseye): Planning, design, delivery relentlessly geared towards agency goals.
- **Embedded Security** (icon: FaLock): Continuous ATO and 360 DevSecOps mean security is built in, not bolted on.
- **Adaptable** (icon: FaCubes): Customizable framework that molds to fit each program's size, scope, complexity, and contract type.
- **Reduced TCO** (icon: FaHandshake): Reusable components, automation, and lean operations that lower total cost of ownership.
